Verify that your Gmail account is authorized with cloudHQ. Please read How to reset cookies, clear and refresh cache in Chrome. If clearing the cache does not help, try clearing Chrome cookies, and then restart. Please read How to refresh cached images and files in Chrome. Clear and refresh cached images and files in the Chrome browser, and then restart the browser. If you don’t see this button, you’re on the latest version. 
If you haven’t closed your browser in a while, you might need to manually update the browser: Normally, updates happen in the background-when you close and reopen your computer’s browser.
Ensure that you have the latest version of the Chrome browser installed. If the extension is not installed, install it here. Please read How to verify that a cloudHQ Chrome extension is installed and enabled. Verify that the Gmail Email Templates Chrome extension is installed and enabled.
